Arihant Apparels

We turn labels into the Northeast's category leaders

The group's second distribution house, with a portfolio of its own: the Northeast's leading ladies' ethnic labels, with westernwear, kidswear and footwear beside them, bought on sell-through data so your racks hold what moved.

Built to grow retailers

Our job is to grow the counters we sell to. When your store grows, our portfolio grows with it.

Ajay Sancheti founded the house in 2013 as the group's second distribution arm. Buying runs on sell-through, counter by counter: the sizes and colours that moved in your town last season are what we indent, so a growing store gets its next bestselling label before the competition does.

The people who run it

Ajay Sancheti built Arihant Apparels on trust, close relationships and mutual growth. Adding value for every retailer and brand partner is the standard the whole team works to.

From first counter to category leader

Three stages, over roughly two seasons.

  1. Seed the anchors

We seed the top multi-brand counters in Guwahati and two or three anchor cities.

  2. Widen at the fair

Exhibition orders widen distribution at the next regional fair.

  3. Add shop-in-shop counters

Where the sell-through justifies it, we add shop-in-shop (SIS) counters.

Straight answers

What do you carry that Arihant Marketing does not?

Arihant Apparels holds a separate 29-label portfolio, weighted differently:

  • The Northeast's leading ladies' ethnic labels.
  • Westernwear, kidswear and footwear alongside them.
  • A separate warehouse, a separate buying team, one group behind both.
I already buy from Arihant Marketing. Can I buy from Apparels too?

Yes, and most growing counters do. The two houses carry different labels and bill separately, so nothing about your existing terms changes.

Do you sell at the regional garment fairs?

Yes. Our stand has drawn the highest footfall at the region's last 4 exhibitions. If you are visiting a fair, book a slot with us in advance and we will hold the new season's range aside for you.

We are a brand. What does the first season look like?

Three stages, over roughly two seasons:

  • We seed the top multi-brand counters in Guwahati and two or three anchor cities.
  • Exhibition orders widen distribution at the next regional fair.
  • Where the sell-through justifies it, we add shop-in-shop (SIS) counters.

Grow with the house that builds category leaders.

Founded in 2013, running a 9,000 sq ft Guwahati warehouse, and holding the busiest stand at the region's last 4 garment fairs.
