The zero-deadstock model

The store keeps what sells and returns what does not. Buying, rotation and markdowns stay with us.

We judge this model on return on capital, not turnover. We share the trading stores' record in person, cost sheet open: a printed percentage cannot know your rent or your floor.

    It goes back into our network and sells through another counter. A bad season is ours, not yours.

  • Multi-brand, not one label

    Menswear to footwear on one floor, from the portfolio we already sell across the region.

  • A no-frills store format

    Built to trade, not to impress. Capital goes into stock and the floor, not fixtures.

  • We run it, you own it

    Hiring, targets, merchandising, marketing and CRM sit with us. The store and the asset stay yours.
